Do you bulk bill?

As a way to ensure health care is affordable to everyone, Neeta City Medical Dental and Specialist centre does bulk bill general consultations with GPs for all patients with a valid Medicare card.

Chronic Disease Management Plan Referrals (previously known as EPCs) are also accepted, however, a small gap may apply.

Please check with your (private) health care provider for specific rebates associated with other health services such as dental, physiotherapy, acupuncture and more.


What are your opening hours?

Opening hours*:

9am - 6pm Monday to Fridays

9am - 3pm Saturday

Do I have to book a consultation?

It is hard to predict when a visit to the Doctor is required, hence at Neeta City Medical Dental and Specialist Centre, we do accept walk ins. However, we strongly suggest that you book a consultation when possible to reduce waiting times and be able to select your preferable health professional.


Am I able to get a Medical Certificate or referral to a specialist?

By consulting with one of our GPs, you will be able to get a medical certificate and referral if needed. Our clinic works with specialists so for your convenience, you may only need to return back here on another day!


Where are you located?

We are located on Level 2 within Neeta City Shopping Centre in Fairfield. Use the parking entrance on Smart Street for the closest access to our medical centre. We are also only a 5 minute walk from Fairfield train station.
